Do you need to cool off?
You can restrict your access at any time directly from our Gaming Limits page, by selecting a time frame from 24 hours to 7 days. Should you wish to request a self-exclusion for longer than 7 days, you can opt for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or select 'Indefinite'.
If you request a self-exclusion of more than 7 days, the account cannot be reopened before the set period has passed, and any reopening request will be subject to a cooling off period of 24 hours. Should you select 'Indefinite' as an option, you will be subject to a cooling off period of 7 days before we proceed with the request to reopen your account.

Are you worried about your children?
